Mike Williamson addresses the Listing of Impairments for Mental Disorders, with a focus on Listing 12.05 Mental Retardation; the applicability of GAF scores to SS disability cases; assessing or "rating" the severity of impairment in specific areas of work-related functioning; and generally how to develop and present the "mental impairment" aspect of the SS disability claimant's case.
